Automobiles at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery; I have been invited to give a lecture about my work in the context of this excellent collection at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalgalleries.org\/event\/planes-trains-and-automobiles-route-66-peripherique\">Hawthornden Lecture Theatre<\/a> at lunchtime on August 21st and look forward to seeing many of you there during the Edinburgh Festival<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Pudong Pacific&#8217; oil on Canvas, 2017<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The publication Anatomy of Haste\u00a0which accompanied last years Festival exhibition at the Scottish Gallery is now at last available to buy via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.katedownie.com\/shop.php\">this website<\/a>, and those of you with an Estuary Catalogue from 2015- hold on to it- now entirely out of print and so getting more valuable daily!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 19.5px;\">2019<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>.. And finally \u00a0to announce representation of my work \u00a0in London by the gallery \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.panterandhall.com\">Panter and Hall<\/a> where I will be having my first London solo exhibition in 20 years, opening on April 30<sup>th<\/sup>2019.
